Established in 2018, Grove Hardwood Flooring LLC was an idea curated by Doug Silva after many years of being merely a dream. With more than 10 years of experience backing him, it is easy to believe that hardwood flooring became a true passion, and he was ready to begin a new journey of delivering top of line service to his clients.


Fast forward to today, Grove Hardwood Flooring has become a staple hardwood flooring service throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties, receiving numerous positive feedback from clients whom have undoubtedly fallen in love with their floors. Doug has instilled the same passion for excellence into his hardworking team, and with his guidance they will continue to provide quality service in every project.

Douglas Silva

Doug is often described as “the perfectionist”. He has a unique ability to notice details that many other people may not notice. He ensures that each project is completed with every detail taken into account. While he may drive his team a little crazy, they understand and learn from his constant drive to provide a high standard of quality in every project that he takes on. Ultimately, with his passion for hardwood flooring, his drive for perfection, and his desire to help bolster those around him, Doug has proven to be the perfect person to lead Grove Hardwood Flooring to success.

Amanda Silva

Amanda is the backbone of the company, handling what can be described as the behind-the-scenes
action. With her encouragement and support, this has allowed Doug and his team to focus on the
technical aspects of the company, while she secures the handling of the administrative tasks. With more than 5 years of Human Resources experience, Amanda is more than equipped to handle the backend operations of the company, helping to keep things organized and running smoothly.

OUR MISSION

There are two very distinct missions that Grove Hardwood Flooring has made a point to uphold:

 

1. To continue to provide exceptional quality service, and as a result, positioning itself as the premier hardwood flooring service, and

2. To always give back to its community.


The founders of this company, Doug Silva and Amanda Silva, both believe in paying it forward. With the growing success of their company, an opportunity has presented itself for them to donate a portion of their profits to their community. The main focus will be on assisting others who need an extra hand in achieving their dreams.
